On Wednesday (March 20)the Indian politics saw the euqations within the UPA changing very rapidly. After the DMK has pulled out its ministers from the UPA, the government is confident about its stability with the support from the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party. But the Samajwadi Party has put up the pressure on the government by demanding the resignation of Union Minister Beni Prasad Verma for his comments on its Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav. On the other hand, despite the exit of the miffed DMK, heat is on the UPA to strategically push for the US-sponsored resolution on human rights violations in Sri Lanka which will come up for voting on Thursday (March 21) at the 22nd Session of UNHRC at Geneva.
