    The IPA/Metro Creative Pioneers Challenge was launched in 2012 to find the next generation of digital natives and creative entrepreneurs. At this event you will hear from IPA President Nicola Mendelsohn in conversation with Creative Pioneers Can-Start winners. Also joining the panel will be Andrew Humphries, Co-Founder of The Bakery the world's first technology accelerator designed specifically for the advertising and marketing industries. The panel will explore what innovation in our industry will look like, how the UK ecosystem for advertising, creative and digital media businesses can use tech to sustain its global competitive advantage and what we can do to support those entrepreneurs driving it.
