Spain and Germany demonstrate different economic models

EU leaders are arriving in Brussels for the European Council meeting. Top of the agenda will be the state of Europe's stagnating economy, in particular unemployment. The continent's young adults are facing an uncertain future. Millions of them can't find work. More than half of all young people in Spain are jobless. But that figure is just over 8 percent in Germany. Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports from the Spanish capital Madrid and Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports from Berlin, Germany.
