    Abuse costs church 'moral standing'

    It is estimated that up to 100,000 children in the United States were abused by members of the Catholic Church.

    With a new Roman Catholic Pope set to replace Benedict XVI, the victims of sexual abuse say the church must do more to address allegations that have tarnished the image of the Catholic Church.

    Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds reports from Los Angeles, where he spoke to one man who says he suffered two years of abuse as an adolescent in his California church.
