A teen who went missing from a ski resort is found alive.
Do you ever wonder how you'd react in a life threatening situation?
17-year-old, Nicolas Joy from Massachusetts was discovered three days after he disappeared from a ski resort in Maine.
He had separated from his father when they decided to take separate trails down Sugarloaf Mountain. The pair agreed to meet in the parking lot, but the teen didn't show up.
A fire captain, Joseph Paul, also from Massachusetts made the trip up north to help in the search and spotted Joy walking along the snowmobile trail 3 days later. Joy survived the ordeal by making an igloo, using snow and pine needles. And he got his water from a nearby stream.
Recently, a 3-year-old little girl named Julia and her pet dog went missing from a village in western Poland. She was discovered the next day in a marshland with her loyal dog right by her side.
Amazingly she survived frigid temperatures as low as 23 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the night. The dog was reported to have kept her warm.
