A man uses an AK-47 to shoot at a residence.

A man in Sacramento, 42-year-old, Kareem Benton got into a fight with a man on a public street.

Still angry, Benton followed the male to his house and riddled the home with bullets from an AK-47 assault rifle. The victim was inside of the residence and he was shot in the leg, but he is expected to recover.

The suspect fled the area in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but he was soon caught up with by law enforcement. A police spokesperson did not say what charges Benton will face but did state that it was against the law to be in possession of a fully automatic AK-47.

Earlier this year, two men were arrested after inflicting fear upon residents in Montville Township, Ohio. The males had been drinking while target shooting in their backyard, using handguns and an AK-47.

The bullets went flying into a nearby neighborhood and ended up striking two homes. Thankfully no one was injured, but the two men are facing several felony charges.
