Ajay Chautala flouts rules inside Tihar jail.

INLD leader and former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala's son, Ajay Chautala addressed a rally in Haryana through a phone call from Tihar jail, flouting rules inside the jail. A probe has been ordered into Chautala's rally. The father and son are in jail after being indicted by a Delhi court for their involvement in irregular appointment of teachers in 2000.
