A stress ball packer assaults his boss.
Some crimes define the word ‘irony’. A man who worked at a novelty company in Blackpool, England was recently let go from his temporary position. Darren Baldwin worked in the warehouse portion of the business, packing those well-known stress balls that you squeeze when life gets a little rough.
When he was fired, Baldwin punched him in the face, then threatened him with a couple of knives and yelled threats. At one point, he stated “I'll cut you up."
Apparently the stress balls weren’t enough to relieve Baldwin’s panic of losing his job.
Last year, a Pennsylvania man, 37-year-old Robert Green, who was undergoing anger management classes was arrested for assault and harassment. On the day of Green's scheduled class, his girlfriend called police twice.
Allegedly Green had been verbally abusive in the morning before class and returned later in the evening to become physically abusive. He reportedly smashed his girlfriend's hand through a window, then picked her up by the neck and threw her on the couch.
