Former Ivorian President Laurent Gbagbo appeared before the International Criminal Court at the Hague on Tuesday, the former head of state was arrested after refusing to admit defeat in the country's 2010 election. The crisis sparked by that vote lead to many Ivorians to flee the country, 150,000 headed to Liberia to escape the fighting and reprisals by forces loyal to current President Alassane Ouattara. Nearly two-thirds of refugees have returned but they're exile is still proving problematic.
