    No to English at work in Quebec

    Montreal is the second largest French speaking city in the world, but it's not to say that English is not a fluent language in the city. In fact, a large portion of residents are bilingual, but a proposed new language law known as Bill 14 may change that. The new law is intended to strengthen French in the Quebec province, but English-rights activists are speaking out against it, saying they instead feel under attack by the government.
