Man Refuses to Take Pasta Strainer off Head For Driver's License Photo official

Motor vehicle workers in New Jersey called the police on a man who refused to take a spaghetti strainer off his head while taking his drivers license photo. The man said he was a Pastafarian, a group that's against teaching creationism in schools, and he wore the strainer for religious reasons. Patrick Jones has the bizarre story.
