Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy are reprising the roles of Jesse and Celine in 'Before Midnight'.
It's the third movie in their long-running series based on the same characters as they age over time.
Screening at the Berlin film festival on Monday, the movie examines how life's twists have taken their toll on the American tourist and French student who meet on a train in 1995 in 'Before Sunrise' and again in Paris nine years later in 'Before Sunset'
The actors are happy to be back.
SOUNDBITE, Ethan Hawke and Julie Deply, actors, saying (English):
Delpy: "It's great."
Hawke: "We finally can begin again."
Delpy: "It's been painful without each other."
Hawke: "I am in pain whenever Julie's not by my side. And I am in pain when she is by my side."
Delpy: "Like mostly!"
But will there be a fourth instalment nine years on? Director Richard Linklater.
SOUNDBITE, Director Richard Linklater, saying (English):
"Well the fact that we have made two sequels, then it begs the question. But I think I speak for the group here, I am sure we have absolutely no idea right now what that could possibly be."
Critical reaction to the latest movie has been mixed -- only time will tell if Jesse and Celine have a fourth film in them.
