We have performed many transplant procedures including FUT, FUE & DHT. We use stereomicroscopes for slivering and cutting the grafts. They provide adequate magnification and illumination required to view the grafts. The grafts are stored in cold isotonic fluid. The implantation is also done under magnification. During implantation the graft is held from hair shaft outside the skin surface. An implanter is used thereby completely eliminating the need to hold the graft from its' root, fat, isthmus, infundibulum and the bulge area.
