Will X-Men get a CGI makeover? Well, according to director Bryan Singer, it's definitely a possibility. Singer stepped in to helm the new X-Men movie, Days of Future Past, after First Class director Matthew Vaughn decided not to rejoin the franchise. And Singer has been extremely busy working on Jack The Giant Slayer, which will have a ton of CGI. When asked if he was considering using full CGI characters in the new Xmen movie, Singer told MTV news quote "A CG Nick Hoult or a CG Ewan McGregor, maybe 20 years from now might be perfect, but it's a little tough on the eyes when it's not real...But I definitely want to use this technology again, and I might even be using some of it in a different way in 'X-Men.' I don't want to say how, yet, but I'm definitely using some of this technology on 'X-Men,' which I never used in any of the other 'X-Men' films." He also mentioned that it was likely that we could indeed see a full CG character in Days of Future Past, but Singer said that it was too early to say more. With a heavy hitting cast already on board to round out the trilogy, we can probably assume that this film will have more human action than CGI. Some of the cast members include Jennifer Lawrence, Ellen Page, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart. But, there hasn't been much talk about Halle Berry reprising her role as Storm. In regards to Halle's casting, Singer said quote "I can't say. I don't know yet. And it's not necessarily a deal making aspect at all...I want to make sure it'll make sense. But I love working with her." Not much is known about how Singer will highlight all of the characters that are in the new movie, but he did promise that that it would accommodate all of their stories. So fans, I am sure you all have a lot to say about all of these talks of CGI in Xmen! Which mutant would you choose to go full on CGI?
