HCG DIET DAY 37
Pamela Nixon here HCG DIET DAY 37. I am so happy I am down to 144.5 pounds this means a total of 19 pounds lost in 37 days. When you only have about 25 pounds to lose I think that’s an awesome loss! I am going to strive to stay here or continue to go down. I probably ONLY have enough HCG for two more days so I may be a day short of the 40 days, but I have to stay on this diet three days while the HCG dissipates from my system. And I know I say this every day I cannot wait for the maintenance diet as there are things, healthy things in mind you that are not on this diet list that I am dying to have a bite of.
Today I will have chicken as my protein and more raw spinach with onions and tomatoes. And some cabbage with spinach mixed in.
I know I keep saying it but I am looking forward to the maintenance diet. I have a very healthy diet. My thyroid medication being reduced last year caused my 15 pound weight gain. Maybe a little more than 15 pounds. I learned my lesson I’ll never not do a follow-up blood-work when my doctor would my thyroid area I’ve been on the same dose for over 25 years as I had to complete our thyriodectomy in 1986.
