    In a bid to fight congestion, residents in the Colombian capital are prohibited from riding in private cars one day per week. With a population in excess of seven million, Bogota, and its public transit system, is unable to meet the needs of the city's residents. Catalina Velasquez, a local fashion designer, tells Al Jazeera what its like to get around Bogota on two wheels rather than four.
