Wilson Raj Perumal, a 47-year-old Singaporean national, is believed to the kingpin of the massive global football match-fixing scandal. An engineer of Tamil origin, Perumal has revealed information that led to Europol's disclosure this week that as many as 680 games on four continents were possibly fixed by Asian crime syndicates and their European helpers.
