Fundamentalists claim victory, government silent!

Even as fundamentalists reared their ugly heads and silenced a budding all-girls rock ban, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah seems unmoved and remains unresponsive. But it's time for Omar to realise that his silence in this case could only encourage unofficial censorship and undermine his own authority.
