Aid fails to reach many Syrians in need official

The UN says it has made its first delivery of winter emergency aid to northern Syria, where many people are living in appalling conditions there. Earlier this week, international donors meeting in Kuwait pledged more than $1.5b in aid. But critics say help is often not getting to those who need it most. Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr reports on a small charity that is making a difference on the ground in the city of Aleppo.
