When we think of Superbowl Sunday, we often think of queso dip, house parties, and hilarious commercials, but this year you can add movie traliers to the list of highlights, as Hollywood is busy rolling out new ads during the CBS broadcast. Universal, Disney, and Paramount Pictures are all vying for your attention both prior to and during the big game. Universal will be showing the first trailer for Justin Lin's Fast and the Furious 6, starring of course Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, and Dwayne Johnson. Paramount will be previewing Brad Pitt's World War Z during the pre-show, and no superbowl event would be complete without, of course, showing J.J. Abrams' Star Trek Into Darkness which will air during the second quarter. Disney is also in the mix promoting Oz, The Lone Ranger, and Iron Man 3. Last year, over 111 million people watched the superbowl, and what does it cost to have that much exposure? Oh, you know, a little under 4 million bucks for 30 seconds which is up half a million from last year by the way. However, even that monumental price tag won't keep us from our getting our movie fix. Thank you, Hollywood. So, which movie trailers are the stand outs that will bring people into theaters? And which ones will you choose to be perfect opportunity to take that restroom break instead? Let us know down below, as well as if you are pulling for the Ravens or the 49ers? Thank you all so much for watching us here at ClevverMovies. Im Erin White, and we will see you again soon!
