Mother Monster has been stripped of 156 million views on YouTube, we'll explain. Thanks for tuning back in to ClevverMusic, we love you lots. So what's the deal with Lady Gaga losing YouTube views? YouTube has been cleaning house a lot lately, as we previously reported. The video site deleted views that were so called "dummied" up by hackers and viewcount generators. So she's essentially being accused of having fake views produced by robots on her official VEVO channel. We're not even sure how YouTube can find which views were produced by a computer, but we'd love to know.

This news comes after recent developments that labels RCA, Sony and Universal lost two billion YouTube views when YouTube closed the "dead videos" no longer used since they had migrated over to VEVO. These were largely due to the label company's taking a chance on VEVO, not from fake views. Gaga's label is Interscope, which is part of Universal Music Group, whom we suspect may be behind the fake views, but we can't confirm that. So it seems Mother Monster is being singled out here due to an astounding number of views being deleted from so-called "dummy" accounts. What do you believe? We don't think Gaga needs help from robots on her views and as soon as "ARTPOP" comes out those views are going to get a good boost. Do you think it was right for YouTube to go in and delete views? Tell us what you think. Thanks for watching our music update. I'll see you next time!
