New research concludes that great sex can be achieved while wearing condoms.
There are a lot of misconceptions regarding condoms. One of those is that condoms prevent people from having great sex.
Well a team of researchers from Indiana University’s Center for Sexual Health Promotion is claiming that condoms do not serve as any type of pleasure barrier.
Using data from 2009, more than 1,600 men and women aged 18 to 59 who recently had sexual intercourse were surveyed. Nearly 28% percent of men used condoms during the encounter while 22 percent of women used protection.
The surprising finding is that there was very little difference in the orgasm, arousal and pleasure departments between the condom wearers and the folks who opted not to use any.
In 2010, another condom study surprised many people. Among the age groups, teenagers used condoms the most while adults aged over 40 were discovered to be the least likely to wear one. More than 90% of men over 50 didn’t use a condom on their most recent date and and approximately 70% went without protection the last time they had intercourse with a stranger.
