How to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks
me to shed the pounds. I am working out daily, very intense exercise a minimum of one hour cardio, half an hour strength training, stretching, Bikram hot yoga. I don't look obese but the numbers don't lie. Diet is of concern because I am currently deployed and am at the mercy of the ship. Fresh fruit and veggies are hard to come by. I don't know what to do, what would you recommend. I have a small fridge and keep almonds, soy milk and Kashi bars on hand. I put the work in just not seeing the results. Adrian bryant the cardio is fine but you may want to add some intervals. If I lower my calories anymore, I'll feel like I'm starving. I dont drink soda, eat bread, candy, or junk food. I recently started hitting the gym hard again and pushed my max's. I tried to do a lot of fat burning programs but they didn't work, what do you think I should do? Thanks.
