The Musée de l'art contemporain ("MACVAL") is in Vitry-sur-Seine, just outside Paris, France. There is a tramway stop right nearby, so it's very easy to get here from central Paris via public transportation. This museum of contemporary art is located at Place de la libération. www.macval.fr
There is a permanent collection, at least one temporary exhibition, a big garden, a restaurant, a médiathèque, and it's usually five euros to get in. Because we visited on the first Sunday of the month, admission was free. (These are "heritage days" in France and many things are free then, all over the country.)
Fabrice Hyber was the featured visiting artist, and some of his works are shown in this clip.
