A second investigation into the untimely passing of Amy Winehouse attributes the singer's death to "alcohol toxicity."

The official cause of Amy Winehouse's tragic death has been a source of controversy for the past few years due to complications with the official corner's report. Back in 2011, a second coroner's report was called for after the initial cause of death, which was ruled to be alcohol toxicity, was not found to be legally credentialed. Since then, the original coroner Suzanne Greenaway, resigned, and new coroner Shirley Radcliffe was put in charge of the second report.

The second report released today officially ruled that the singer did indeed die of "alcohol toxicity" under no suspicious circumstances. According to a Sky News report, Winehouse had a blood alcohol level 5 times the legal driving limit.
