South Sudan prefers int'l arbitration over border dispute official

The conflict between Sudan and South Sudan over the oil-rich region of Abyei and six other disputed areas has brought Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and his South Sudanese counterpart Salva Kiir to Ethiopia in the hope of finding a comprehensive and effective solution to their border disputes.
