At least four people are killed in a double suicide attack in southern Afghanistan.
Two Taliban suicide bombers targeted a community meeting in Kandahar.
More than a dozen were wounded in the attack.

"When the blast took place I don't remember what happened to me. I found myself here, I believe a number of innocent were killed"
The attack comes as Afghan President Hamid Karzai prepares to visit Washington for talks over the future of the country once NATO pulls out most of its troops by the end of 2014.
