See these intricate butter sculpture scenes.
One man, Jim Victor is using butter as a medium to create his intricate food sculptures.
His creations appear at numerous fairs across the United States. One of his life sized works features a dairy stand. A cow resides behind the stand along with a girl holding a glass of something that presumably represents milk.
A young man sits on a stool next to the cow, milking the animal. A bucket resides beneath the cow's underside.
Everything, from the cow’s hooves to the clothing that the boy and girl are wearing can be clearly seen. The entire sculpted seen is derived from butter.
The butter spectacle was created for an exhibition at the ‘Big E’, a well known, annual fair in Springfield, Massachusetts. Another one of his representations depicts a dairy farmer pouring a glass of milk, while his family and a cow reside next to the breakfast table.
The facial features of the family members and even creases in the table cloth are easily seen. Derived from nearly 1,000 pounds of butter which was donated from Land O' Lakes. The sculptured scene premiered at the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg.
