A man is arrested for punching a 6-year-old.

In a troubling recent report, a 33-year-old man was arrested for allegedly punching a 6-year-old boy.

According to court documents, the male adult hit the boy after he called another child 'an unacceptable name'. The suspect is the boyfriend of the mother of the other child.

The incident occurred at a daycare facility in Mesa and it was all caught on tape. According to a court official “On the video the child flies approximately four feet in the air and lands directly on his buttocks and slides up to wall.”

The man reportedly admitted to punching the child, but claimed he didn’t think there was a lot of force used. He was booked on suspicion of aggravated assault on a child.

Last year, a man was arrested after allegedly punching an innocent woman and child. The first victim was the woman, who had been shopping when a 20-year-old male randomly approached her and punched her in the face.

The second victim was an 8-year-old boy who was looking into a candy store when the same man punched him in the face. The suspect was soon arrested.
