A college student gets a stalking order against her parents.
Aubrey Ireland is a senior at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Her parents, David and Julie Ireland would often venture from Kansas to visit their daughter in Ohio. According to Aubrey, they would arrive unannounced and accuse her of doing drugs and being promiscuous. They also insisted that their child was suffering from mental issues.
The parents reportedly admitted to installing software on Aubrey’s laptop and cell phone, which would allow them to monitor everything she was doing and who she was communicating with. Even though mom and dad claimed that they were not bothering her, Aubrey took the case to court where a judge issued a stalking order against the parents.
They were ordered to keep 500 feet away from their only child and have no contact with her until September of 2013.
There have even more bizarre stalking cases.
A woman from west Germany complained to the police that a pigeon was stalking her. For three weeks, the bird consistently hung around the woman's home.
The pigeon would stay near her garden or terrace and every time the door to her home would open, the bird would fly right in.
