Loy Jones, Chairman APCS & Team Leader of APP's independent High Value Conservation Forest (HVCF) Assessment, speaks at the Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) Sustainability Roadmap to 2020 and Beyond Event on June 5, 2012, commenting on the Asia Pulp & Paper commitment to protecting high conservation value forest. He explains the international standards of HCVF and the HCVF assessment process APP is undergoing. Currently, preliminary field work for Jambi and Riau has been completed, and the preliminary work in East and West Kalimantan will begin in the next few weeks. Jones states, "We want the participation of all stakeholders -- the community, business community, the NGOs and government" throughout the process which will be a journey for APP and Indonesia.
