Gay rights activists press Obama to end discrimination

The National Equality March in Washington D.C. brought in thousands of people from across the country to demand equal rights for the LGBT community, but activists say this is just the first step on the road to achieving full equality. RT's Dina Gusovsky spoke to a gay couple who has been together for over three decades, but because of U.S. laws prohibiting gay marriage, refer to themselves as 'legal strangers.' Many people within the community have also become increasingly disillusioned with Barack Obama's policies towards the issue and now, more than ever, are demanding to have the same rights and freedoms as heterosexual U.S. citizens.
