Russia says its investigation into the plane crash that killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski will have to be finished before the wreckage can go to Warsaw.
Moscow also expressed surprise at the Polish government asking for help on issue from the EU, after a formal request was submitted to EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton.
