Gimlet Cocktail

A classic cocktail with just the right balance of sweet & sour.
INGREDIENTS
2½ oz Gin
½ oz Lime juice
½ oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
Garnish with a Lime wheel
Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail beaker and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
