Hey Idol fans, I'm Bridget Daly at the clevverMusic studio with the latest! According to reports Haley Reinhart has inked a record deal! Rumors started to surface last week, but now the Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the third place finisher has signed with Interscope. As you probably remember, this is the same label Pia Toscano is signed to, which likely has to do with Jimmy Iovine's role on Idol this past season.
So to recap, the four people who have secured record deals now are Haley and Pia, who are both with Interscope, and Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina, who signed with Universal under the Mercury Nashville label. We're definitely interested in hearing what Haley's album will sound like, just because she has such a signature sound to her voice. Whose album are you most looking forward to hearing?
