Darksiders review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Darksiders from Vigil Games and THQ for Playstation 3. Darksiders takes many elements of the Book of Revelation and turns them into a God of War like action game. You play as War, one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, who was unrightly summoned which brought about the End of Days. The game is straight action, with plenty of enemies just waiting to meet your blade and spells. You can collect souls to upgrade yourself and your weapons. The action is fast but the environments feel empty at times and bring you out of the experience. It is a solid action game that copies some of the best like God of War and Devil May Cry, but unfortunately can't match them.
