Learn how to use MindMeld by watching a product tour. This app is a smarter way to have a conversation on your iPad.
Expect Labs is a startup based in San Francisco that is building a technology platform designed to reinvent how we have conversations. Expect Labs is the creator of the iPad app called MindMeld, which is the first voice and video calling app that can actually understand conversations in real-time to make it easy to find and share related information as you talk.
Hi, welcome to MindMeld. This video gives you a quick tour about how MindMeld can make it easy for you to find and share related information as you talk with your friends. To get started, log in with your Facebook account. You can then join your friends in a conversation already underway or start a new one by tapping "New MindMeld."
Just add a short title, decide who should be allowed to join the conversation and invite a few friends. Now your friends can join you in the video call. If any one of them says something interesting, tap the light bulb. MindMeld will attempt to understand what they just said and find related information.
To see what MindMeld found just swipe to the right. On the left, MindMeld lists what it heard everyone say, as well as other concepts that might be related to your conversation. MindMeld also shows you related pictures, videos and articles from Facebook or across the web that change as the conversation changes.
Because all this information is at your fingertips sharing is effortless. Just tap, hold and drag anything unto the sharing panel. Everyone in your conversation can see it instantly. MindMeld intuitively organizes the stuff that everyone shares, so you can easily find it later. If you are looking for something in particular tap on any concept to see more results.
Double tap to change, or drag to delete.
To add a new term, pull down. Tap an article to view it in more detail. And remember, as you browse in MindMeld you can share anything you see with the tap of a button. So, that's MindMeld in a nutshell. We hope you enjoy using it as much as we enjoyed building it.
And if you do, we'll thank you for rating it in the App Store.
