Egyptian Army builds barricade outside presidential palace

In Cairo, the military is at work rebuilding barricades around Egypt's presidential palace after days of unrest.
Protesters have besieged President Mohamed Mursi's residence calling for his removal.
His decision to expand his powers and push ahead with a draft constitution has plunged Egypt into crisis.
The Muslim Brotherhood, a strong supporter of Mursi, is calling for dialogue --- days after the organization's offices were were targeted.
Mahdy, Akef is the former Supreme Guide for the Muslim Brotherhood.

"What is happening in Egypt -- is not Egypt. The Egypt I know is the Egypt that calls for ease, calls for the building of institutions, calls for increased productivity, calls for morals. However, what we're seeing now, this is not Egypt."
The turmoil has exposed deep divisions within Egypt about the direction the country should head in, 22 months after the removal of Hosni Mubarak.
