The Newshour Debate: Point blank justice (Part 2 of 3)

20-year-old Santosh Vichivaria, a braveheart from Mumbai, was killed in full public view for trying to protect a friend's honour. On Wednesday (December 5), in Amritsar, Punjab, a police officer Ravinder Pal Singh was shot dead while trying to protect his daughter from political goons. These are two cases of point blank justice and shockingly, all those who were witnessing these shocking crimes chose to look away.

In a debate moderated by TIMES NOW's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, panelists -- Maheshinder Singh Grewal, Advisor, Parkash Singh Badal; Sunil Kumar Jakhar, Leader of Opposition, Punjab Assembly; Sumit Verma, Senior Advocate; Kirti Singh, Legal Convenor, All India Democratic Women's Association and Shazia Ilmi, Member Natl Exec, Aam Aadmi Party -- discuss whether we can look away as this growing culture of point blank justice as more bravehearts are killed in cold blood.
