Communication as a Fundamental Human Right
The Human Rights Center UC Berkeley - Stephens Hall
Technologies have revolutionized the process of documenting, analyzing and communicating about human rights. But major innovations remain in the hands of those who are technology-savvy, and the challenge of making them accessible remains.
