Mexicans are seething over the second death of a countryman at the hands of US Border Patrol agents in two weeks, an incident near down El Paso that is threatening to escalate tensions over migrant issues. Mexico is now demanding a full investigation into the death of a teenager shot there. Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereka of the age of 15 was killed at the US-Mexican frontier when trying to enter Texas illegally. U.S. authorities say the guard was defending himself after being attacked with stones, although Mexico's President Calderon insists it was 'dis-proportionate use of force'.
