Leaders of Africa's Great Lakes region say M23 rebels must withdraw from Goma, a city in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Following a day-long summit in Kampala, regional chiefs unveiled a plan for the pullout, and agreed to send forces to Goma airport.
