Mindscape - Elevator

This session is designed to lift the user's mood. Use this for a pick me up when feeling down, depressed or generally 'moody'. This session starts off quickly grounding the user @ the Earth's resonance of 7.83hz and gradually lifts the user up to 13Hz. The session is specifically designed with carriers frequencies to assist in dissolving emotional issues. Specifically 396Hz and 417Hz is used. The first 5 minutes use a pitch carrier of 396Hz for liberation of negative emotions such as fear and guilt. The last 5 minutes use 417Hz for breaking up crystalled emotional patterns and establishing harmony.

Session are 'typically' best used with the eyes closed. This session can be used with or without headphones. Any type of noisy environment will benefit from headphone usage for better brainwave entrainment. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.

Being this session uses photic modulation and light flashing at the rate of entrainment, the visualization itself becomes another entrainment method for an enhanced effect.
