Nepal will launch a campaign to eradicate illiteracy within three years in December. Despite decades of investment in education, almost four million people can still not read or write. It is an ambitious goal, for a country where more than a quarter of the total childrens population do not go to school. Al Jazeera's Subina Shrestha reports from Parsa district in South Nepal.
