A French Ariane 5 successfully lifted off on November 10th 2012 at 21:05 UTC from Kourou in French Guiana.The rocket carried Eutelsat 21B and Star One C3.Eutelsat 21B has 40 Ku-Band transponders providing television and communications for Africa, The Middle East and Asia. Star One C3 has 16 Ku-Band transponders and 28 C-Band transponders providing television and communications to Brazil and the Andean region.
