With such a passion, Ajay Chaturvedi made a journey back home to generate employment opportunities in rural India. A gradutae of wharton School of Business,Ajay founded HARVA – a first of its kind women only rural BPO enabling them to manage home and work effeciently. Ajay’s next big initiative was the Harva Pilot Project to train farmers in efficient techniques of farming. Ajay gave up a hefty salary in the US and other trappings of success to generate employment for others in rural India - making him a true Global Indian!
