With almost half the votes counted, the anti-euro Finns Party has clinched 12.8 percent of the vote in local elections in Finland. Governing coalition partners the National Coalition Party and the Social Democrats have 21.4 and 20.2 percent respectively while the Centre Party is third on 19. Experts say the slim lead means the government will be forced to continue to quell voter discontent.
