Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches may be the next big thing in food trends.
An unusual sandwich combination of peanut butter and pickles is getting some attention from Dwight Garner, a writer for the New York Times.
He is a huge fan of the sandwich, but found that many people had never even heard of it.
There is however, a Facebook page dedicated to the unusual combination of ingredients.
Garner has tried the sandwich with many different kinds of pickles, but he prefers to use bread and butter sweet pickles rather than dill.
Lee Zalben, the founder and president of Peanut Butter and Co. in New York City sells a pickle and peanut butter pickle sandwich known as the Pregnant Lady.
