The only cartoon ever nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, this 1939 Hugh Harman cartoon shows a post-apocalyptic world populated by animals picking up the pieces after a war kills every human on earth.
I feel for all those who fight for their country, those who fall victim to the violence & want to feel for those whom are yet to realise how peace on earth will profit them.
Tremendously prophetic. December 26, 2004, the last chapter was supposed to take place.
Check out what happened. And this time it is not Meat eaters vs. Vegetarians. This time it's Armaggeddon.

Alain_818's view is popular. Many people I know state this belief, verbatim. Ask yourself why. It's because they were told to believe this, that it's good and it's smart to believe this, by those who wish to defeat the coalition in Iraq, and by those who seek political gain in the US. Yes, we are being lied to, but it's not by who we're told is lying.
Responding to astandish, war has at times been unavoidable, I agree, but even though I support our troops which have been sent to Iraq, I do not support the lies or the administration that sent them there.
This is a brilliant look back at how the Hollywood propaganda machine was working hard trying to prevent us from taking action in World War II. If they had succeeded in blinding us, we might be reading this in German. Now, that same multi-billion dollar industry is working harder (and more efficiently) than ever trying to depopularize our military efforts towards peace and justice in the middle east. Let's remember not to let it blind us now.
