Three dead in Wisconsin beauty salon shooting

The Azana Salon and Spa was the scene of tragedy on Sunday (October 21), when a gunman opened fire killing three people before turning the gun on himself.

Suspect Radcliffe Haughton is believed to have opened fire at the salon where his wife worked, in an incident related to domestic abuse.

This month, the 45-year-old had already been placed under a restraining order and directed to surrender his firearms.

It's unclear whether his wife was among those killed.

Police said the suspect was found dead at the scene, and urged patience as the investigation continues.

SOUNDBITE: CHIEF DANIEL TUSHAUS, BROOKFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT, SAYING (English):

"Again, it could take days, weeks to figure this all out. Very large crime scene. A very confused crime scene. Smoke, a number of suspects, a number of victims, we're evacuating victims, we're getting multiple calls from victims that had secreted themselves in different rooms in the building."

The shooting was the second such incident at a salon in a matter of days.

In Florida on Thursday (October 18) a gunman also killed three people and wounded his wife before committing suicide.
